1. How to order online?


To add items to your order browse our selection of courses. When you see a course you would like to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button next to that course.

 

2. How long does it take to receive my ordered course?


Your order course will be available online in your account at the same day in most cases of the payment.

 

3. Do your courses expire?


Courses expire 2 months after purchase unless otherwise noted. If you have an expired test please call customer service for reinstatement. A reinstatement fee may apply.

 

4. How many questions need to be correct in order to pass the test?


You must receive a score of 75% or greater to receive your certificate of completion for your continuing education certificate

 

5. If I fail a test, what is your retake policy?


If you fail a test, you will be notified. You are allowed three attempts to pass a test. There is no additional cost for retakes if you fail. But the score will be 80% for the second and the third attempts.

 

6. How quickly can I receive my certificate of completion?


If you complete your test with our online testing the certificate of completion will be emailed to you in minutes.

 

7. Is there anything that can be done if I lose my certificate of completion?


If you ever misplace your certificate of completion you may call or email us. We keep all certificates on file for at least 2 years. We will send you replacements at no additional cost.

 

8. What Date of Completion will I receive on my certificate?


The date of completion is the day you submit you answers.

 

9. Do I have to finish my test in one sitting?


Yes. The time allowed for each test is 20 minutes and the test is only graded when you submit it for grading.

 

10. How many questions in the exams?


Each course have an exam bank randomly 20 questions are selected for each test.

 

11. What if I lose my password or my ID?


You can click the "Recover Password, ID" link on the login page of our online testing center. It will then ask you for the e-mail address we have on file for you. After entering your e-mail address a password will be e-mailed to you.
